Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, If for any reason you’re unhappy with our service, we’ll refund your money plus… pay you an extra $5. No strings attached. (Important note) Our guarantee does not apply to any free offer
Do you offer flexible scheduling?
Yes, usually, we can work around your schedule. We have weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings. Here in St. Petersburg, we try to finish our day by 1:00 PM. Most often, we do Saturday and Sunday cleaning. Contact us first for availability.
How will I know that it’s you in my yard?
Our vehicle has magnetic signs identifying our company. We scoop dog poop. Once your yard is serviced, we will leave a door hanger, letting you know we were there. We can also text you a picture of your home when you leave.

Prices & billings?
We bill you either on the 15th or 30th of the month. We accept checks or cash only. Not only that, but we will mail you out an invoice, and you can mail it to us or give it to us when we next visit your home. We reserve the right to cancel your services if payment is not received before our next visit—service for non-payment.
Will you clean when I’m not home?
Yes, but safety first. If your dog is left out in the backyard, it is your responsibility to ensure they have no signs of aggression to strangers. Some dogs are territorial when someone enters their yards. Therefore, we like to meet with and your dogs before we service your yard.
If your dog is safe to be around, we will enter the gate and do our job. We will close the gate when we leave and send you a photo.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We will bill you either on the 15 or 30 of each month. You can cancel services at any time. And we reservice the right to cancel any service at any time.
Do you take the waste with you?
Yes, we can do that. But there is an additional fee of $3 for this service. They charge us to dump big loads of dog waste we collect. And if we didn’t collect the fee, we would have to increase the cost of our services.
What happens if it’s raining outside?
We try to get out early in the morning and finish before the afternoon rains. If you’ve lived here for a year or more, you know the rains will usually come in the afternoon or evening. If it’s light rain, we’ll wait a short while and try again when it lets up. Heavy rains and lighting will force us to reschedule.
How do weather-delayed services get rescheduled?
If this happens, you will receive an email or call with a different date for your typical week of service. However, if the weather continues to be a problem and delays service, your service will resume the following week as scheduled.
Rates vary based on the service area and size of the yard. Measurements are often taken to determine the price of service.
